Questions we get asked
Why bespoke software instead of an off-the-shelf ERP?
Packaged systems are built for everyone, so you either pay licence fees for modules you never open or the feature you actually need simply is not there. With bespoke development we build only what your business requires, and fit the software to your processes rather than the other way round.
Will it integrate with my existing accounting software?
Yes. We build two-way integrations over REST API with common packages such as Sage, Xero and QuickBooks, and with e-invoicing providers. A queue layer means nothing is lost if the connection drops - it picks up where it left off once the link returns.
How long does a project take and how does it run?
A mid-sized management panel usually takes 6-10 weeks. We work in weekly deliveries, so you see a working version every week. That way there are no surprises at the end, and if the direction needs to change it happens early.
Who owns our data?
The data stays entirely yours. It can be hosted on your own server or on cloud infrastructure we manage; either way you own the database and can export it whenever you wish.
Do you support the system after launch?
Yes. Version updates, performance monitoring, issue tracking and new feature requests all continue under the maintenance agreement. If we built the system, the responsibility for it stays with us.
